Street photography, Hyderabad, 27/4/16.
Street photography is a genre of photography that I’m typically very uncomfortable with – I constantly feel like I’m infringing on people’s personal space and privacy. However this time was different. Everyone seemed to have this carefree air about them, despite the long days and murderous heat.
None of them saw the camera as a nuisance.
These two boys even jumped in front of the woman in the cart I was initially trying to photograph. They seemed to love the attention!
The woman in the cart.
This image is one of my favourites, and surprisingly, took the least amount of time to capture. I noticed the light on the metal while walking past, and quickly bent down, focused and clicked, without readjusting the settings at all.
